Installation ,Clean Up｜搬入出について

搬入:開催前日の午後４時～午後７時
搬出:最終日の午後７時までに完了してください。

Installation : 4:00 P.M -7:00 P.M the day before the exhibition
Clean Up: Must be completed by 7:00P.M on the final day

Rental Fee｜ご利用料金

6日間＝ 90,000円 (税別)
13日間＝180,000円 (税別)
20日間＝270,000円 (税別)

6 days= ¥90,000 (＋tax)/13 days= ¥180,000 (＋tax)/20days= ¥270,000 (＋tax)

Exhibition Works｜出展作品

作品のサイズは写真の場合、四切～全倍までとさせていただきます。(要相談)なお、絵画その他の作品につきましては、ご利用申込み時にご相談ください。

Photograph size are from 254×305 to 540×870 mm.Please ask us about the size of painting or other works when you apply.

Application｜お申込み

事前にご利用日程をご確認の上、所定の申込書に必要事項をご記入いただき、お申込みください。なお、お申込みには審査がございます。また、作品の内容や目的が異なったご利用、使用権の転貸、譲渡は固くお断りいたします。▶︎お申し込みPDF

Please check the schedule in advance and fill out the prescribed application form.We do not screen applications;however changing the content of works , using the gallery for different purposes,subleasing or transferring the right of use of the gallery is strictly prohibited.

Deposit｜ご予約金について

申込み時にご利用料の半額を申し受けます。残額は開催日の前日までに必ずお支払いください。なお、ご利用者側の都合でキャンセルされる場合は、ご予約金の払い戻しはできませんので予めご了承ください。また、開催日変更の場合、予約金は充当させていただきます。

When you apply, we ask you to pay half of the total fee as a deposit .You need to pay the rest of the fee one day before your exhibition. If you cancel the exhibition for personal reasons , the deposit is non-refundable. If you change the date , the deposit will be applied to the new date.

Management of Works｜作品管理

作品の搬入搬出、飾り付け、期間中の管理はご利用者側にてお願いいたします。期間中の盗難・火災・汚損・その他の不慮の災害・事故についての責任は一切負いかねますので、ご了承ください。また期間中、当方は常駐いたしませんので、常時１名以上の関係者による管理をお願いいたします。

It is the user's responsibility for setting up, cleaning up , decorating , and managing the gallery and works during an exhibition . we are not responsible for any property losses , fire , damage or other unforeseen disaster or accidents.No MAG staff is present during the exhibition period, so always manage your works with more than one person.
